Your orders will be packed and posted within 3 business days of purchase. In busy periods such as Christmas or large restocks and sales please allow more time. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected. We use Australia Post as a courier service. Once your order has been sent the delivery times are outside of our control.

The Rainbow Toybox does not take any responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time for a certain date due to postage delays.
Uncollected or forfeited parcels will incur additional shipping costs to be resent if returned to sender.
Returns
We hope you’re happy with your Rainbow Toybox order, but if you want to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product and we must have received the product within 30 days of the date of delivery.
